We understand that buying art can be slightly daunting, therefore we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee when you buy online through 1 for Art.
Buy affordable original art directly from the artist’s studio, live with the artwork for up to a fortnight and if you are not entirely happy, return it to us in the same condition it arrived in and you will be fully refunded for the artwork.
The artist covers the cost of the initial shipping within the UK but you will have to cover the cost of the return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so this is why we have a no questions asked return policy. You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt (“the Returns Period”), subject to the terms and conditions in this returns policy.
1.The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for an insured and tracked delivery service.
Please note It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery.
If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense
Please be aware that commissioned items cannot be returned.
3. You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost. All returns must be returned to the address quoted at time of authorisation.
4. After our artist has received the art work, we will credit you with the full purchase price of the goods returned.
If you would like to return an item, within 14 days of your purchase then get in touch by email or phone. You will need to state your order number, name, address and a brief reason why you want to return the item.
We will send you a confirmation email and the return address. Please print this email and include it with the item when returned. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
We will refund your purchase when the artist has received and checked the item.
We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
Get in touch with us by email or phone and we will do our best to alert the artist and cancel the order. If the artwork has already been despatched, you will have to follow the standard return process.
